CARE WITH HOPE PTY LTD offers care services to people who are experiencing difficulties in managing daily tasks, but who wish to continue living at home. Our services are provided in the home and also in the broader community. Services are offered on a short-term, occasional care or long term basis. Family members and carers are encouraged to be part of the planning process.

All of our services are performed in a sensitive manner by support workers who are matched to the client based on personality, values and background. We will engage support workers from different countries and they are all fully reference checked, police checked and qualified in disability, aged care, manual handling, CPR and have a level 2 first aid certificate or other relevant qualifications.
